Over the years, I’ve worked with more people suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, constant worry or fear than just about anything else.  Even my hearts passion for working with families afflicted with autism also suffer in this area.  Many of them were on medications.  Most of those reported their meds “didn’t do enough / much” for controlling their symptoms.

One client had been hospitalized with panic attacks on several occasions.  She was on 2 or 3 meds for anxiety and insomnia at the time.  She continued to suffer greatly even after trying to control it with prescription drugs.  I felt much compassion for her.
